Shop Confidently with Saree.club’s Easy Return Policy At Saree.club, your satisfaction is our highest priority. We understand that shopping online sometimes leads to uncertainty in terms of color, fabric, or fit. That’s why we’ve made our return and exchange process easy and transparent.

Important: Sarees must be returned in original condition with all tags attached and packaging intact. Used or altered sarees cannot be accepted for returns.

1. Returns

You may return your order within 7 days of receiving it, provided the item is unused, unwashed, and still in its original condition with all tags and packaging. You can start the return by logging into your account or emailing us directly. Once approved, we will arrange pickup and initiate a refund or store credit within 5 to 7 business days.

2. Exchanges

If you prefer a different style or color, you can request an exchange within the same 7-day window. The process is simple and quick. As long as the returned item passes quality checks, we will dispatch your chosen replacement after confirmation.

3. Ineligible Items

Some items cannot be returned or exchanged. These include:

  • Sarees that have been altered or customized.
  • Products purchased during clearance or final sales.
  • Items showing visible signs of wear.
  • International orders, unless there is a damage issue reported within 48 hours.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your package arrives damaged or contains the wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours. We will prioritize your request and arrange for a prompt replacement or refund, depending on availability.

5. Refund Process

Refunds are issued to your original payment method after our team has received and inspected the returned item. Depending on your bank or wallet provider, the amount may reflect within 5 to 10 business days.
